  The customer service there has always been good to me.. The reason I only have them 3 stars is because they were unable to install my water heater for me. After my husband and I made the purchase, paid extra for an emergency install, they called us at home an hour later to inform us they don't have a plumbing contractor, the contractor quit and they haven't replaced them yet. We would have to find one ourselves. This was inconvenient because we were trying to pay for everything on our Lowe's card because we didn't have the out of pocket funds to pay a plumber ourselves. So I returned the next morning and got a refund on the installation costs and pick up my water heater and the equipment we already paid for to bring home for the plumber we hired. A fella in plumbing gathered everything and I had to buy some lumber to repair the floor underneath and another young man, Lonnie, helped me with getting the lumber, picking out a skill saw, loaded the truck and strapped in all down for me. In summary, I'm pleased with the staff, aggravated that they offer services they can't provide.

  Great selection of popular items, and fair pricing. Hard to find help when needed, associates typically do not acknowledge your presence. Potential savings when buying in bulk.
